We are an Australian family owned business based in the Dalhousie region of Victoria, about 100km north of Melbourne. We are proudly producing gourmet foods, sauces and preserves that are well renowned Australia-wide.
With over 30 years of experience, the passion for quality food has run in our family for generations, bringing us to start our small business. We continually go above and beyond, experimenting with different flavours to create unique & mouthwatering combinations.
What we do
We specialise in gourmet food products that we offer under our in-house brands Dalhousie & Beechworth Preserves which include a range of jams, marmalades, mustards, sauces and chutneys.
In conjunction with their own brands, we also manufacture and distribute for some of Australia's largest retailers, with products distributed and sold all over Australia, and most recently in the Asian Pacific Region.
